New Roads Therapy Denver
A Safe Space to Discover Your Authentic Self
I'm glad you're here!
Hi, my name is Sophie Zbesko and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My purpose is to provide a safe place for you to show up as you are, learn what you need, and grow into who you’re becoming. You don't have to carry that alone.
Together, we will make sense of what you're feeling, strengthen your ability to manage anxiety, build self-esteem and confidence, and regulate your most intense emotions. And when old patterns keep leading you into circles, we will work toward finding new roads—ones that move you forward with clarity and steadiness.

Somatic Therapist
My practice is centered on the everyday challenges you encounter, helping you to navigate these struggles with confidence and authenticity.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who specializes in animal-assisted and somatic-based therapy. My approach is grounded in honesty, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's inner work. I work relationally, paying close attention to the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how you move through your life and relationships. Together, we look beneath the surface—not just to reduce symptoms, but to understand the deeper roots of what you are carrying.
