Animal-Assisted Therapy

Research continues to highlight the benefits of incorporating animals into therapeutic spaces. My dog, Winnie, helps create a calm and welcoming environment for clients of all ages. Her presence can make it easier to relax, feel grounded, and engage more openly in the therapeutic process. For many clients, Winnie’s quiet companionship brings comfort, connection, and the occasional moment of lightness during sessions.
